Behind the Scenes

Susann Reimers-Schleif decided 18 years ago to devote her energy and creative drive to providing the best education and care for children. She is a passionate educational entrepreneur and mother of three herself. She started by founding Elly & Stoffl in 2007, and has also helped to set up a
bilingual school and launched the Munich Education Days.

Today, she conducts research with her mentor Prof. Wassilios Fthenakis on the topic of employee retention in the social sector and advises daycare centres and other companies in this context.
